In the case of the ÖBB train driver accused of committing sexual assaults on underage boys, the Vienna public prosecutor s office is currently investigating six cases. The acts are said to have taken place between 2003 and 2021, when the victims were 14 to 17 years old. It is being examined which criminal offenses apply based on the legal situation at the time, according to authority spokeswoman Judith Ziska.
