FPÖ club chairman Herbert Kickl will not be surrendered by the National Council, according to a decision by the Immunity Committee following a request from the public prosecutor s office. FPÖ member of parliament Christofer Ranzmaier will also not be prosecuted, but FPÖ representative Gerhard Deimek will be.
